Chapter 19. | The Mothers

Diane del Greco and Ellen Chandler got into the rental car, backed down the driveway, and drove away. Marco Cohen tried to get in the car, too, but Ellen Chandler pressed the button to lock every door. He went back into the bungalow and called an ambulance for Simon Magnus. After the ambulance left, he called a taxi to the airport and packed his clothes blindly, in a rage of grief, a grief of rage.
