Especially with the pandemic restrictions: Untimely Vintage and Prospero’s Books were practically the only small shops on their street that hadn’t gone under, because at least people would buy and sell rare books and vintage clothes online. Otherwise, the tattoo place went down, the hair stylist went down, and forget about half the cafés and restaurants, minus the Starbucks and the Subway.
